The specimen files
- Specimen PDF, the five rows and the change statement as a printed page.
- Specimen CSV, the same rows in the register's column order.
The specimen is invented rows for illustration, labelled as a specimen. It is not a client record.
02Columns
The column order
Ref, code, theme, control, the five attribute columns, your own value, the reason it differs, the evidence to keep, owner, due date, status and source. The order is the same in the PDF, the CSV and the XLSX, so a row can be checked across formats.
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Code and control | The ISO/IEC 27002:2022 identifier and title. |
| Theme | Organisational, people, physical or technological. |
| Five attributes | The published value for each, with every value the control carries. |
| Your value and reason | A local value where it differs, and why. |
| Evidence | The record an auditor asks for. |
| Owner, due, status | The working columns that make it a register rather than a list. |
| Source | The clause and the link to the official text. |
